The short version: we collect what we need to do your roof name, contact, address, project details and we don't sell it. The long version is below.
What we collect.
When you contact us, request an inspection, or hire us for work, we collect the information needed to communicate with you and complete the job:
- Contact details name, phone, email, mailing or property address.
- Project details description of the work, photos and drone imagery you authorize, scope of services.
- Insurance information only when you ask us to coordinate with your insurer on a claim.
- Payment information processed by our payment provider; we don't store full card numbers.
- Site analytics anonymous traffic and engagement data from this website.
Why we collect it.
We use the information you provide to:
- Schedule and perform inspections, repairs, and installations.
- Communicate about quotes, schedules, and project status.
- Honor warranties and respond to follow-up questions.
- Coordinate with your insurance carrier on storm or damage claims, only with your authorization.
- Improve our website and services.
Your rights.
You can ask us, at any time, to:
- Tell you what information we have on file for you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete what we don't legally need to retain.
- Stop contacting you about future services.

How long we keep things.
Project records including photographs, scope, and warranty documentation are kept for the life of the warranty plus seven years. Inquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Financial records are retained as required by Georgia tax law.
