Premier is a Georgia commercial roofing studio that operates more like a small architecture practice than a contractor. We obsess over membrane seams, edge-metal terminations, and the way a roof meets the equipment that lives on it. We've delivered 280+ commercial buildings and we'd do every one of them again.

What we believe
A good roof is quiet. The bad ones are the only ones you hear about.
Commercial roofs fail at the seams. At the curb, at the parapet flashing, where the edge metal should have been ANSI ES-1-rated. They fail because someone, somewhere, decided ten extra minutes on a fastener pattern wasn't worth it.
We started Premier because we'd seen too many of those ten-minute decisions cost building owners six figures down the line in tenant claims, equipment damage, and emergency tarp work. Every roof we install is built to a printed punch list. Every fastener pattern is logged. Every transition is photographed from above. Boring? Maybe. But our roofs don't fail.
We don't subcontract. We don't chase storms across state lines. We don't sell warranties we won't honor. The foreman who installed your roof in 2014 is still here. So is the warranty.

Founded in Atlanta
Two crews and a stubborn belief: commercial roofing should be built to drawings, not by feel.
2011
First TPO project
38,000 sq ft for a Buckhead office park. Carlisle Sure-Weld, mechanically attached. Still watertight.
2014
NRCA member · OSHA 30
Joined the National Roofing Contractors Association. Every field crew member certified OSHA 30.
2017
Restoration division
Added silicone and acrylic coating systems. First retrofit: 52,000 sq ft Decatur office park still on schedule for 2027 recoat.
2019
Drone documentation
Adopted drone-assisted audits as standard. Every commercial building we touch now comes with aerial documentation.
2021
Alpharetta + Roswell
Opened satellite operations to compress response times across the north metro for portfolio property managers.
2024
3 million sq ft
Crossed three million square feet of commercial membrane delivered. Zero callbacks on year-to-date projects.

Today.
280+ commercial buildings. 42 roofers, foremen, and inspectors. Three offices. One standard.
