GreenTech Corporate HQ.
Overview
A roof designed to host a 200kW solar array without ever shutting the building down.
GreenTech's Atlanta HQ houses 320 staff and a 24/7 ops floor. The original 1998-era modified-bitumen roof had reached end of life, with seam separation and pooling water around three RTUs. Leadership wanted to add a 200kW solar array within 18 months which meant the new system had to support solar substrate loading, deliver Class A fire rating, and reflect heat to make the array more efficient.
We specified an 80-mil mechanically-attached Carlisle Sure-Weld TPO system over R-30 polyiso, with crickets fabricated around all RTUs and a tapered drainage redesign that eliminated the chronic ponding. The full tear-off and re-roof was sequenced over 14 working days in three phases the building never went offline.

Six selected frames
Premier finished on time, under budget, and the foreman texted us status photos every evening. We added 200kW of solar nine months later onto a roof that was ready for it from day one.
